The spectrum of “Perfect Interior Design Styling” is vast. It spans from “exterior finishing” and re-designing of rooms and commercial spaces to basic new designs, from “polishing existing” to sustainable beautifications and substantial upgrades.

“Styling” measures become necessary:

  • when you purchase or let new office premises, which from the start on should be “tailored” to an economical, pleasant, modern, efficient and employee-friendly space.
  • when existing office premises no longer are aesthetically appealing, functional or up-to-date
  • if you wish to increase the attractivity of your property (rooms or spaces) for sales or letting purposes.

Being experienced, perceptive and not professionally blinkered, I immediately can see serious shortcomings and weaknesses of professionally used rooms specifically such as space division, furnishings, technical equipment, colour schemes, materials, decorations and room atmosphere.

At first sight, repellent elements of a building’s exterior do not escape my attention. Often small efforts in visual design, with little financial investments, lead to essentially and obviously improved exteriors and interiors of properties.

The correct selection and composition of design elements is of utmost importance. Clarity, functionality, uniqueness or attractive contrasts play a significant role in principles of style.

My interior design concept takes into account current developments in the job market as well as newest ecological and ergonomic findings. Since boundaries between working and professional life are becoming increasingly blurred and employees often work “around the clock” (7/24), working space is becoming increasingly important. The design of office and business premises needs to produce wellbeing and motivation, which leads to increase in work output.

Innovative and dazzling ideas are often more effective than costly structural modifications.
Maxims of my work are:

  • Consider the appropriateness of expense and effect!
  • Use ideas rather  than material means!
  • Less is more! (Economic needs precede opulence)
